Recently we had to be connected to the city sewer system. We got several estimates and we felt most comfortable with Modern Septic. And we are extremely glad we did.
When the day of our appointment came, the three workers — John, Doug, and Mike — arrived on time and immediately went to work and then some. In fact, they hand dug under our existing sidewalk (which was not included in the bid). They worked all day without a break until 5:30 (they were waiting for the state inspector to arrive to give them the okay to close the digging).
In fact, they came the next morning and finished their work. When they left, we went and looked at the yard and could not believe how well it was covered, and the topsoil was placed on top. All we had to do was spread some grass seed and start watering.
One of our neighbors came over after they left and said he wished they had done his because he had a lot of yard work to repair from the firm he used.
We recommend Modern Septic for any work. They are professional, competent, and at the same time pleasant. Amanda, the office person, was very helpful and answered every question we had.
